Amid the soft landscapes of the Swedish countryside lies Kuseboholm’s Granary — a century-old grain store from 1903, thoughtfully restored to balance rustic heritage with Nordic refinement. Together with the Michelin-starred Restaurant Jord, Kuseboholm offers an experience deeply rooted in Nordic culinary heritage, where the landscape sets the rhythm and cultivation, wild game and craft exist in harmony. For guests seeking a more personal encounter with Sweden’s culinary soul, the Granary hosts gatherings of up to sixteen, where friends, families or colleagues experience the artistry of some of the country’s most accomplished chefs. It’s an intimate meeting of nature, season and table — a rare experience that captures the true spirit of the Swedish countryside. Step inside to a thoughtfully restored space — contemporary in comfort yet true to the building’s heritage. Large windows look out towards the terrace, where an open-fire cooking area and long dining table invite suppers beneath the wide Nordic sky, as fallow deer and mouflon sheep graze nearby. A short path from the terrace leads to the wood-fired sauna and outdoor shower — a place to unwind after a day spent exploring the countryside. On the farm we also have our event space, the workshop, our kitchen garden and outdoor kitchen which can host parties of up to 50 people.
